Seen a celebrity who’s wearing something that you quite liked? I saw in the mags Katharine McPhee in the colorful lollipop swirly dress and Halle Berry in this simple shift. I found the dresses on sale at Tobi! :D

Katharine’s shorter hem version is cuter though.
