This Black Halo Keyhole Ruffle Sleeve Sheath is probably one of Black Halo’s most recognizable dresses. So many celebrities have worn it. Understandably. It is extremely feminine and figure-flattering.

Lo and behold, I found a much wallet-friendlier version of it.
