Cute lacy dress and Hello Kitty necklace

I really wasn’t supposed to purchase anything fashion-y this month as my clothes budget is zilch. But I saw this Hello Kitty crystal necklace in a small boutique, I had to have it. I reasoned that we didn’t really do anything to celebrate Valentine’s Day (except seeing “Friday the 13th” in the theater…a good solid horror flick for a horror fan), I deserved a little somethin’ somethin’. With the necklace in my hand, I thought I was just going to browse the dress section quickly, then I plucked this cute little silk lace ruffle-y black dress out and I had to try it on, and once I tried it on I couldn’t leave without it. I don’t even know what brand it is from, but you know how little boutiques always stock gems that you don’t find elsewhere. It’s very well-made, lined with silk as well. So I guess I was borrowing from my next month’s clothes budget. No matter, I’m happy :) . I’m wearing it out to go out tonight.
