I try not to splurge on expensive eye creams these days. After reading lots of reviews, I got this Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller

for $10.79) and it’s becoming my new favorite eye serum. It uses a unique-combination of “skin-nutrients*” and a cooling, roll-on applicator to stimulate micro-circulation. It’s perfect for the sensitive eye area. With Pro-Vitamin B5, it refreshes & hydrates the delicate eye area. I find the simple act of rolling it on makes my eyes instantly brighter and less puffy. Good circulation is so important to get rid of excessive fluid on my eyelids after a night of sleep. It’s also convenient for use on-the-go if you need a second application before a long night out
