One of the trends in jewelry, necklaces specifically that I’m completely on board with and totally loving is the bib necklaces, the elaborate oversize necklaces that lie flat at the collar, are not only gorgeous but they sit so perfectly at the decolletage as if they are an extension of whatever top you’re wearing. And they cover such a large area, they will make any plain top look fabulous.
