Supergoop!

I love that name! haha. What is it? It’s a collection of high performance sunscreens from Doctor T’s Supergoop! PLUS Collection. New to the U.S. market, the eleven-product line of lotions, sprays, pumps and swipes with Parsol 1789 + Parsol SLX is formulated for active adults and children offering an exclusive combination of two sun filters plus a unique photostabilizing booster to enhance longer lasting photostability and efficacy against UVA and UVB rays. I got the >SPF 30+ Everyday UV Face & Body Moisturizing Sun Protection Lotion ($14) and SPF 30+ Quickstick with Vitamin C for Face & Hands ($9) to try. These are serious sunscreens. The lotion is very moisturizing. I always find it comforting to know that a sunscreen, just like this one, is loaded with Vitamin A, C, and E. So you can skip a separate moisturizer. The stick is a great option on the go. It looks quite thick in the tube, but it goes on surprisingly non-greasy. However it does cast a slight white tint because it’s a 100% physical block, but that also means it won’t cause any irritation. I’ll probably use the stick more in a physical activity setting since it’s so easy to put it on, just a few swipes on the face and you are ready to go. I even put it on my eyelids and it does not sting my eyes (a huge pet peeve of mine for a lot of sunscreens out there).
There are also wipes and sprays from this collection. It’s really an affordable line. Go ahead and check it out. Never get a sunburn.

I think a recent sunscreen study I’ve read about mentioned that Vitamin A is not something you want to have in your sunscreen.
