Drawstring bags

I’ve been seeing lots of drawstring bags coming out for this fall. What do you feel about them? I remember way back when they were trendy and I always thought they looked sloppy. But then again that was when those bags were not well-made with leather and it was too boho. I think this time around, the bags still have a nonchalant feel but are much cooler and much more sophisticated at the same time. The details are much defined with nice hardware and textured leather. Just don’t try to stuff it too full or you’ll have trouble finding anything .

Took me a while to warm up to the idea of open-toe booties. Now I think they are HOT although I’m still a little skeptical about it being a lasting trend. Paper bag pants

Out of all the slouchy pants/jeans trends, i.e. the harem pants, the boyfriend jeans, etc., I think I like the paper bag pants the best. They are more flattering, more forgiving than the harem pants ’cause your butt is not drooping, and they are a bit more dressier than the boyfriend jeans. The tie in the front adds a feminine touch. I could even wear these to work since my work is business casual. Just pair them with a blouse with heels, you still look polished.
